CALLING ALL SUBS!!! Clopton is looking for substitute teachers for this 2023-24 school year! The Clopton Board recently increased our daily rate for Substitute teachers to $120/day or $140/day for retired teachers. We have some of the best behaved kids and smallest classes around. Attention ALL!!! Clopton has a full and part-time bus driver position open! Starting pay is $20/hour! There is no experience necessary and we will pay you while you train! The scheduled game against Wellsville tonight was cancelled due to WM not having enough girl to field a team. There is NO GAME tonight at Clopton! Lady Hawks will be in action with a double header Saturday at R-6, vs. R-6 @10am and Vs. Marceline @1:30

Unfortunately, even with the beautiful weather, Clopton's Field Conditions have not improved. The decision has been made to cancel tonight's home game vs. South Shelby. Check back at a later date for information on a reschedule. Lady Hawks will be on the road at Canton tomorrow!

"If at first you don't succeed...." The Baseball Hawks will try again!! The game at Iberia will now be one Varsity contest on Monday, August 28, beginning at 4:30pm. It might be raining, but a rainy day is still a great day for Hawk Pride!

Big Smiles Dentist will be on Clopton campus October 10th & 11th. Dental forms have been sent home with grades PK-6th today. If your student is in grades 7th-12, please have them pick up a form in the high school office or nurse's office and sign and return the consent ASAP. They can do dental x-rays, cleanings, and fillings. If you have any questions regarding this program, please contact the school nurse at EXT 1019.

Your Lady Hawk Softball Team opens the season Saturday at the Moberly Tournament. Your Clopton Hawks Baseball Team opens the fall season at Iberia playing two games. 12:00pm vs Plato. 2:00pm vs Iberia Go Hawks!!

‼️ 🚨 ATTENTION 🚨‼️ Due to the high temperatures and heat index, Clopton has made the following adjustments for practices: TODAY, no practices will begin before 7pm with a maximum length of 1 hour for practice. Thursday and Friday we are encouraging coaches to practice in the morning. We understand making last minute adjustments are difficult for everyone, but we want to ensure the safety of all of our students! Please check with your coaches for an updated plan for the remainder of this week!
