The Ed Lindsay Court in the Dale Miller Gymnasium has just been cleaned. The finishing touches will be applied tomorrow in preparation for the Clopton Lady Hawks hosting the 1st ever MSHSAA Quarterfinal Game in Clopton History! Over 650 tix already sold.

The VFW in Clarksville with host an Easter Egg Hunt at Clopton Elementary March 30th at 12:00. The event will take place on the front grass lot. There will also be additional prize giveaways at this event.
Clopton Elementary Preschool through 2nd grade enjoyed Food For America held by Clopton FFA. What a wonderful program our FFA students provided to our younger students!
Your capacity has been split with the visiting school and a presale passcode must be used to purchase tickets until the presale period ends. Please share the following information with your spectators on how to purchase a ticket:

Navigate to www.mshsaa.org
- Click on the Ticket icon at the top of the home page
- Select the Girls Basketball image tile
- Select Class 2, this will bring up all events in your class and will be organized by start times
- Choose your matchup from the list of events
***You will see a message stating ticket sales do not begin until 03/01/2024 12:00PM, this is when presale period expires
- Click the link Have a passcode?
- Enter the provided presale code: S986BF and click Apply!
- Enter the number of tickets and click Checkout
- Enter card information to purchase the ticket
***Ticket will be sent to the email address entered for presentation at the gate for admission, which may be printed or remain on the device for scanning

PLTC students conducted a health fair today for our Clopton Elementary K-4 grade students. Stations were held teaching about proper hygiene, exercise, bandaging and wound care.

Congratulations Gracey MacLaughlin!!! In the Finals of the Class 1 200yd Individual Medley, Gracey took home 3rd Place, which also earns her “All-State Honors”! Congratulations on a great year!
An update from the State Swim Finals!
🏊♀️ Relay team took 15th overall! Huge improvements, dropping 4 seconds off their time and moving up the ranks from 30th to then finishing 15th! Congratulations Gracey, Sophie, Storie and Lauren!!

The Clopton Campus will closed today, Friday, February 16 do to inclement weather. Today will be an AMI day. Elementary students will complete AMI day #1 from their packet. MS and HS will have work to complete on Google Classroom. Be safe and have a good weekend!

Happy National School Resource Officer Day to all SROs. We especially want to recognize and thank Officer Danie for all she does for Clopton! She is a great addition to the Clopton family and is always willing to step in and help, even if it's taking a pie to the face!!!
