Mrs. Kanauss's class is working on cause and effect with a reading story, The Great Fuzz Frenzy. Look closely and you can see there is a fun use of tennis balls.

Clopton Trap- Ladies Team (Estelle, Brooklyn, Tinleigh, Charleigh, and Carlyn) placed 2nd in the ladies division of the conference with a score of 415. Congrats to all Clopton Shooters!

Clopton Trap- Area V Results A Team (Stephen, Peter, Colten, Estelle, Chase) 4th in the area out of 17. Chase made the All Area Team 2 scored 46/50. Conference Results- A Team (Stephen, Peter, Colten, Clayton, Chase) 2nd, scored 656. Chase - All Conference Team 1, scored 135.

Hats off to our Student Council here at Clopton! Recently, they sold "Ice Cream Floats" during lunch one day and raised around $350! Their efforts will help contribute to "Operation Backpack", we thank all of you who were involved!!! #HawkPride

Huge shoutout going out to a few people for their recent efforts! Recently, Jacob Rodgers had students (current 9th and 10th graders) create a fundraising event, which they used Scotty's in Eolia to do a car wash and also sold hot dogs and beverages. With their efforts and proceeds, they decided to replace the basketball hoop at the Eolia City Park! We also wanted to thank Craig McGuire and the Eolia Fire Department for picking up the hoop and installing it. We also thank City Hall for allowing us to install the hoop! #HawkPride

The Softball Hawks visiting Mark Twain this evening. With Mark Twain coming up in the bottom of the 1st, the Hawks tally 6 to start the game.

Congrats to the Clopton Junior High Softball Hawks for their 18-8 victory tonight over Montgomery County. Right back at it tomorrow night at the Ballyard of Clopton, taking on the Tigers of Mark Twain.
