Local illustrator, Megan Wilson, will be visiting us in December to speak with the K-5 students about her newest work. It just so happens to be a Christmas book. If your child would like her to sign a copy you will need to purchase ahead of time. Below are the instructions on how to order.

Clopton Elementary held the annual Chili Supper and Trunk or Treat night on Friday, October 29th. A new addition to the night was carnival style games. We had a great turnout!

On the first day of basketball, the young men decided on a “two-a-day” to start the season. Got our work in at home in the morning, then went and caught a Billikens practice as they prepare for their season. Thanks @CoachTFord5 and Team Blue for the opportunity.

Seniors photos are scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday November 2. Boys are asked to please wear a shirt and tie and girls are asked to wear a nice blouse. All seniors will be photographed for the senior composite.

Tuesday, November 2 is Clopton picture re-take day and Senior Photo Day. Seniors need to dress up! The senior portraits will be used for the hallway class composite and other senior tributes throughout the year.
The food service ladies are preparing tasty treats for trunk or treat tomorrow night. Chili will be served from 4-6:45. Games will be set up in the multi-purpose room from 5-6:45. I will announce silent auction winners at 6:45. After these announcements Trunk or Treat begins.
